L4nc stands for Lancelot. Yes, I know, it is a pretty cool name. But beyond the name, I am a Digital Art Director obsessed with creating meaningful visual experiences. I was not originally destined for this career path at all. How did I get here? The story is worth telling.

About me
It all started with a funny misunderstanding. In 9th grade, I had to find a mandatory internship without any connections. As a result, I ended up at the CIA. Not the famous intelligence agency, but the Continentale Industrielle Aluminium. A heavy metallurgy plant. It makes for a great anecdote today. My brother felt it was unfortunate that my first exposure to the professional world had stopped there. That is why he offered me the opportunity to do a discovery internship for a week at Backelite (now Frog part of Capgemini) in Paris, where he worked as a technical architect.
Back then, not knowing what to do with my future, I figured I would just code like him. Big mistake. Watching him work, I quickly realized I absolutely hated it. However, while exploring the other floors of the agency, I discovered the UX/UI and Art Direction teams. That was a true revelation. Seeing them design and bring interfaces to life instantly resonated with me. I asked them what career path to follow to reach that kind of position, and they told me they had gone through a MANAA (Applied Arts Foundation Course).
Since that specific program no longer exists, I followed its direct equivalent by joining the DN MADE program at the Lycée de la Grande Tourrache in Toulon, specializing in social innovation and emerging media. I honed my skills there through a first internship at Creative VR 3D, followed by a three month Erasmus internship at Tapptic in Brussels. That specific time taught me a crucial lesson: you learn a thousand times faster hands on in the field than sitting in a classroom. That is exactly why I chose a work study format for my Master's degree at ECV Paris, joining the agency iytro. And why did I ultimately choose broad Art Direction instead of sticking strictly to UX / UI? Because my passion for visual creation took over. I did not want to lock myself into just prototyping screens. What drives me every day is exploring all facets of visual design and defining the complete aesthetic soul of a project, from the core branding down to the very last interactive pixel.
My formations
DN MADE in Social Innovation and Emerging Media
Lycée de la Grande Tourrache, Toulon (From 2021 to 2024)
These three intensive years forged my technical foundations and my technological thinking. Not only did I explore multiple creative mediums through various concrete projects, but I also developed a highly critical perspective on the evolution of design. During my third year, I wrote a research thesis dedicated to the impact of generative AI for image creation within the professional creative sector. This in depth analysis reflects my constant drive to anticipate future production standards and leverage technological innovation as a major creative asset.
Master's in Digital Art Direction
ECV Paris (From 2024 to 2026)
This program allowed me to make a true creative and strategic transition. I moved beyond pure execution to embrace the role of a visual strategist. I learned how to manage a digital project in its entirety, from the initial conceptual spark to the final delivery. This Master's degree gave me the specific tools to build complete ecosystems and ensure a strong, cohesive, and memorable art direction across all media.
My experiences
/1
iytro
April 2024
September 2026
The culmination of my academic journey and my consecration into the professional world. As an Art Director, I develop strong visual identities and complete digital experiences. On a daily basis, I create impactful branding, design logos, and build optimized UX/UI websites directly on Figma. I also bring these interfaces and communication assets to life using motion design on Jitter. I have the opportunity to work with major clients such as Mooncard, Bpifrance, Coros Space, Delta RM, Opus Aerospace, Adidas, and Bim School, while also collaborating across the board on projects for the group's other entities. I produce creative concepts that meet strategic goals, always ensuring absolute visual excellence down to the very last pixel.
A huge shoutout to Nicolas Steip, who trained me and taught me so much about the Art Director profession: the workflow, the methodology, and above all, the right mindset and way to approach design. A big thank you as well to the entire iytro team and my 2Cgroup colleagues for this journey.

October 2024
December 2024
My integration into a multidisciplinary agency. My main mission revolved around web identity redesigns and creating interactive prototypes. I was able to bring my specific added value by integrating 3D animations and interactive headers made with Spline. It was also during this period that I started integrating generative artificial intelligence into my image creation process, working closely with developers to combine aesthetics and technical feasibility.

Tapptic
April 2023
June 2023
A three month international adventure that truly accelerated my learning. I had the opportunity to design web interfaces, create 3D animations in Blender, and prototype visual experiences on Figma. I also explored spatial and didactic design. The goal was to use 3D and spatiality as new tools to serve a striking art direction and innovative navigation.

Creative VR 3D
June 2022
A deep dive into the indie video game industry. I participated in the visual creation of a virtual reality horror game. My role involved designing illustrations, conceptualizing puzzles, and working on level design using Unreal Engine. This experience taught me to think of imagery not just as a flat frame, but as an immersive environment where every visual detail serves the storytelling and the user's experience.

Backelite (Frog, part of Capgemini)
October 2018
This is exactly where everything shifted. This first immersion into the professional digital world opened my eyes to my future. Originally arriving with the idea of observing web development, I quickly realized that coding was simply not my calling. By exploring the creative departments of the agency, I experienced a true revelation for UX/UI design and Art Direction. This short observation period was the defining spark that shaped my entire educational and professional path.
